Refund policy

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to return anything.

Change of mind: Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number for return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost orders: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a replacement or a full refund.

Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, they may take 5–10 business days to appear.
