Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days. That covers 1–3 business days of processing plus 7–12 business days in transit. We'd rather give you an honest estimate than promise speed we can't deliver. Full details are on our Shipping page.
Where do you ship from?
Our squishies ship directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse overseas. That's how we keep prices low, and it's also why delivery takes a bit longer than domestic shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on all US orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to start updating, so don't worry if it's quiet at first.
I ordered several items. Why did only some arrive?
Orders with multiple items sometimes ship in separate packages that arrive on different days. If anything is missing after your delivery window, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped, we can't change it, but you can still return it under our Returns policy.
About Our Squishies
What age are your squishies for?
Our squishies are recommended for ages 14 and up. They aren't designed for young children, and you should keep them away from little ones who might chew or bite them.
My squishy arrived a little flat or squished. Is that normal?
Yes. Squishies are packed tightly for shipping. Take it out of the bag and give it a day to fluff back up to full shape.
It has a smell out of the package. Is that normal?
New foam can have a mild "new" smell. Leave it out in a ventilated room for a day or two and it will fade. The Jumbo Strawberry is scented on purpose, and that sweet strawberry scent is meant to stay.
How do I clean my squishy?
Wipe it gently with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Don't soak it, put it in the washer, or leave it in direct sunlight or near heat.
Are the colors exactly as pictured?
Very close, but screens vary, and some styles (like the Rainbow Swirl Butter Stick) differ a little from batch to batch. Think of yours as one of a kind.
Returns & Help
What if my squishy arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send anything back.
Can I return something I just don't love?
Yes, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns page for how it works.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (where available). Checkout is encrypted and processed securely by Shopify.
