These Terms of Service govern your use of the SquishJoy website and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products. Our products are squeeze toys recommended for ages 14 and up. They are not intended for young children and should be kept away from anyone who may chew or bite them. Colors and appearance may vary slightly from product photos.

Pricing and orders. All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, correct errors, and refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping and returns. Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Payments. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store full card details.

Intellectual property. Site content, including text and branding, belongs to SquishJoy and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SquishJoy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this site applies to your order.
