Shipping rates (US)
- Orders $35+: FREE shipping
- Orders under $35: flat $4.99
Delivery timeline
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Transit: 7–12 business days
- Total: most orders arrive within 8–15 business days
Our squishies ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse overseas. During holidays and peak seasons, delivery can occasionally take a few extra days. If we see delays, we'll keep you posted.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. It can take 2–5 days for tracking to show movement after the label is created.
Multiple packages
If your order includes several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Lost or late orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong address?
